A one day workshop on “Who are our Grade 12 Graduates – A spiritual picture of an 18 year old” has been organised by Ira Institution for Learning on Sunday, July 21, 2019. The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Tim Dunn.

This workshop explores how a child at 18 years - at the end of the school journey – looks and how the Waldorf curriculum is designed to meet the physiological, emotional and social needs of the developing child and builds faculties in children which are required for academic excellence, but without losing the essence of being human. 

About the Facilitator: Dr. Tim Dunn, Doctorate in Biochemistry, Research Scientist in Cancer Research and Immunology, is presently working as a Waldorf High School teacher at Samford Valley Steiner School in Australia. With around 2 decades of Waldorf high school teaching experience, he is in the process of charting a path which helps Waldorf curriculum to continue all the way upto Grade 12 and still get recognised by universities across the world. 

This workshop is planned in two sessions. Session 1 is open to teachers, parents, therapists and anyone who works with children. Session 2 is in continuation with Session 1 and open only to Waldorf teachers and Ira participants.
